steelersguy’s Dad has a lot of money and he purchased some airplay for SG. It mainly was an online radio station but it did air once a month or something like that. He broadcasted it from his house and interviewed some people. I think he got Prince’s keyboard player to come on. He also had a message board for a few years.

It’s was mainly people who got sick of RC.

I was never a household name on Rubechat, I usually just lurked in the shadows and soaked up all of the wisdom from all of the "great football minds", most of whom migrated over here, thankfully. Needless to say I was jacked when I stumbled across this place however many months ago. So a huge thank you to those involved in reviving RC.

Just curious if there is any members here who used to post on the ESPN board back in the day? I'd say early 2000s? VikesOwnYou, MJ, and Sully were some of the main guys/gals posting back then. I was dusdar41 on that board.

Been a couple years now... maybe 2013 or 2014. They switched to facebook profiles only for logins. That was their downfall.
